Heureusement, le MEDEF et la CGPME savent bien qu'il y a une solution à nos maux actuels: travailler plus, pour moins cher, et plus flexiblement. Par expérience, je te signale que ton calcul de prix de revient est très primaire.
Dans le cas de fabrication par une multitude de petites mains, il faut prévoir un sérieux contrôle qualité et un passage impératif au détecteur de métal pour les épingles oubliées.
En plus un produit basique "made in China" n'est pas pret d'être fashion !

Evidemment que ce genre de produits n'est plus depuis belles lurettes produit en France. c'était pas le but de ce sujet. In fine, je souligne simplement le fossé en coût de main d'oeuvre.
Pour le prix de revient, évidemment il n'est pas que fondé sur la M.O. seule mais il faut bien l'avouer, dans le cas de ce type de produit, peu sensible à la qualité mais gourmand en petites mains, on est extrêmement loin de pouvoir faire concurrence. Même une machine coutera plus cher. On le voit déjà sur le textile bas de gamme. Si Zara par exemple s'en sort bien, c'est surtout grace à une super reactivité et à des productions pas cheres "en village" egalement (au portugal pour une part si je me souviens bien).
Alors la qualité, on en parle et c'est bien connu. Dès que l'on a qqch a reprocher, on ressort toujours la rangaine de la qualité. C'est loin d'être faux mais c'est de moins en moins évident.
Pour le fashion. J'n'ai jamais dit que le made in China etait pour l'instant fashion mais pour avoir vu sur place certaines marques, je peux te dire qu'il ne manque qu'un sérieux coup de promotion de l'Etat lui-même car du qualitatif, il y en a. Il faut simplement le trouver, ce qui est, je te l'accorde, loin d'être évident.

En fait, les avantages du Made in China ne sont pas tant le coût de la main d'oeuvre, même si on ne peut pas cacher qu'il est bon marché pour l'instant, que le calme social, la praticité logistique et les infrastructures (dans les grandes aglomérations).
Le coût de la main d'oeuvre est moins chere en Inde ou au Vietnam qu'en Chine (provinces de la côte) mais tu n'y feras pas fabriquer tes baluchons.
